The Role:
With a strong starting roster of US customers, we're ready to hire an entrepreneurial US Account Executive. As such, you'll have an extensive territory and the ground-floor influence to shape our sales process as we scale. Your mission is to build a portfolio of accounts to fuel adoption of FloodMapp. You will:

Manage and build growing pipeline, in line with the company's growth plans and strategy

Apply your experience in consultative and value-based selling to guide enterprise sales (public and private sector) to successful completion

Respond to and qualify inbound leads

Engage and educate via outbound prospecting

Maintain and strengthen relationships with our clients to provide a smooth and positive experience during the sales & onboarding process

Represent FloodMapp at relevant events

Work closely with our Digital Marketing team to generate new business opportunities

Your Skills & Background:
Required skills and experience
-
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise sales, ideally with government agencies and critical infrastructure.

Strong experience in qualification of leads and opportunities

Goal oriented and driven to achieve targets

Experience with executing the whole sales cycle from initial call, securing contracts and supporting customers for ongoing business opportunities.

Exceptionally details focused with a commitment to quality in all that you do

Experience selling technical, licensed software as a service products
-
Experience with Geospatial Information Systems (GIS)
It's amazing, but not required to have:

Experience in emergency management
-
Understanding of hydrology and flooding
-
Experience with weather products
Location
-
Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones, close to a major airport.
