FloodMapp delivers real-time flood intelligence to emergency managers, supporting them to prepare, respond and recover from flood events. We work with asset owners to prevent damaged streamline recovery efforts to keep lights on and roads open. We work with government agencies to improve safety and save lives through targeted evacuations, road closures and swift water rescue. The Role
The role will primarily be focused on providing personal and administrative support to our Founders – the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. They both travel frequently and juggle broad workloads, so keeping their calendars and emails organised is paramount. Your duties will include:

Extensive diary and inbox management.

Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.

Proactively planning and coordinating meetings, events, conferences and complex travel while anticipating and managing any potential conflicts.

Minuting meetings.

Prepare and revise documents including letters, presentations, proposals and reports.

Assistance with monthly Board and investor reporting.

Provide support and assistance to other senior leaders as required.

Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Skills & Background

You have a background in executive support for senior leadership.

You are tech savvy with strong skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

You hold strong business acumen with the ability to make sound judgement and quick decisions whilst operating in a fast-paced environment.

You are calm under pressure with exceptional planning, prioritization and organization skills.

You are able to work autonomously as well as being part of a team.

You are extremely organised and able to multitask and work in a constantly changing and dynamic environment.

You are able to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders.

You own pride in your work, consistently delivering high quality outcomes, and accountable for actions.

Experience with Zoom/Teams. DocuSign, Jira, Confluence and Hubspot would be highly regarded.
