Texas, USA — February 5, 2026 —FloodMapp, a leader in operational, impact-based flood forecasting, has been awarded a Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) contract through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Cooperative Contracts Program. The award authorizes eligible state agencies, local governments, and public education entities to procure FloodMapp’s flood forecasting, live flood mapping, and impact analytics services directly through DIR’s established cooperative procurement framework.
Under the contract (DIR-CPO-6011), FloodMapp is approved to deliver impact-based flood forecasting and live impact intelligence, directly supporting flood preparedness, response, and recovery. The DIR Cooperative Contracts Program is designed to streamline technology procurement for public sector organizations by pre-qualifying vendors and contract terms, reducing administrative burden and accelerating access to critical solutions like this one.
“After last year's catastrophic Texas floods, legislation has been passed to prioritize and support deployment of flood early warning systems. Cities, counties, and state agencies need faster access to flood forecasting and localized impact intelligence to enhance public safety,” said Juliette Murphy, CEO and co-founder of FloodMapp. “This DIR award provides a straightforward procurement path for Texas agencies and institutions to operationalize impact-based flood forecasting more quickly.”
Through the DIR Cooperative Contracts Program, eligible public entities—including Texas state agencies, local governments, and special districts; educational institutions; public hospitals and hospital districts; volunteer fire departments; and public safety entities—can procure FloodMapp without a separate competitive solicitation, while remaining compliant with state purchasing requirements. The contract provides a streamlined path to tools that support real-time decision-making during flood events, as well as longer-term planning and post-event analysis.
FloodMapp has worked with public sector partners across the United States to support flood preparedness, emergency response, and recovery planning. The DIR award expands FloodMapp’s availability to entities seeking flood intelligence solutions that integrate with existing GIS and emergency management systems.

The difficulty in geometry dash meltdown builds gradually, which makes the game feel rewarding as you conquer each level. The first level, "Press Start," is relatively simple and serves as a tutorial of sorts. However, as you progress through "Base After Base" and "Jumper," the difficulty ramps up quickly, throwing more complex patterns and faster-paced obstacles at you. While the levels may seem manageable at first, they are far from easy as you progress. Timing, reflexes, and pattern recognition are crucial, and the game doesn’t hesitate to test your limits.
