FloodMapp is authorized to provide Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Recovery Information Technology (IT) products and related services to eligible entities through Texas DIR’s Cooperative Contracts program.
This contract was awarded pursuant to RFO DIR-CPO-TMP-595 and is governed by the DIR Mater Cooperative Contract and associated appendices.

Client develops a Statement of Work (SOW) using the DIR-approved format.

Client releases the SOW to FloodMapp for review and response.

Client evaluates the response and finalizes the SOW.

Client issues a Purchase Order referencing DIR-CPO-6095. No work shall commence until FloodMapp receives the Purchase Order.
Pricing under this contract is provided on a per-SOW basis and is negotiated directly between the client and FloodMapp and documented in the approved SOW and Purchase Agreement.
Warranty and Return Policies
As part of all subscriptions, FloodMapp offers a performance warranty ensuring that services meet stated availability and update intervals. In the event of an outage or data issue, we provide SLA-backed remediation.
